Sign a message using PGP
Learn how to use PGP to digitally sign messages. Digital signatures enable you to verify the sender of a message, and that the message has not been changed.
1. Click Pecunix.WinPT icon on your desktop to start Pecunix WinPT, (notice that the key should appear in the lower right of your task bar at bottom of screen.)
2. Select how you want to send your PGP signed message
3. Enter required details and write your message
4. Click Edit & then Click Select All from menu bar
5. Click Edit & then Click Copy from menu bar
6. Right Click on then key icon in lower right task bar, Click Cliboard & then Click Sign
7. Select the PGP key you wish to sign with, then Click OK
8. Enter your PGP password & Click OK, and then OK again to finish
9. Click Edit from menu bar then Paste
10. Your message is now signed & ready to send
11. Press send (note if you have spellcheck on, please press cancel. It is important not to change the email or the signature will not verify. Click yes to send.
