Account Access Recovery Policy
When you lose a Login ID, Full Access PIK, or both,
the following policy and procedures will apply.
When Pecunix Customer Services communicates with
you via e-mail you must use PGP.

the PGP tutorials.)
Pecunix Customer Services will issue you a case
reference number. This reference number will be used to track all correspondence
between you and Pecunix Customer Services.
Pecunix Customer Services will send an e-mail to your
e-mail address with recovery instructions.
Account access key recovery fee.
If you have registered your PGP key in your Pecunix account,
and you lose either your Full Access PIK or your Login ID, you can recover it instantly,
click here. There is no fee for this
automatic recovery service.
If you have not registered a PGP key in your account, you will be required to provide
positive identification, documentation or information that proves you are the owner
of the account.
It is your responsibility to supply documentation that exactly corresponds to
the contact and identification details stored in your account.
If this verification process is successfully completed,
Pecunix Customer Services will, in exchange for an account access recovery fee, send
a PGP-encrypted message containing your Full Access PIK.
A fee of 5 GAU (grams) will be deducted from your account when you
successfully receive your lost account access details.
If your account balance is less than the Account Access Recovery Fee then the
remaining balance will be accepted as full and final payment upon successful
Full Access Key recovery.
